I am passionate about Reading and staying current on world events. I am also an amateur writer and am writing a book. I value exercising and healthy eating and a regulated sleep cycle to have optimum performance. I have loved singing since childhood and feel it is therapeutic. I feel that we have a higher calling as humans and it is what we can do for other's that defines and validates our existence.
